Think Before You Click (Safety First)

Think Before You Click (Safety First)

What do you do on a social network? You can connect with people...a lot of people. Share your photos. Tell jokes. Share your thoughts on, well, about everything. And see what your friends are up to. It's pretty easy and that's the problem. Sometimes, it's just too easy.

You see? A social network may seem harmless but once you logged in, watch out! It can be a dangerous place. So if your parents allow you to have a social account, you have to be smart...social network smart.

Follow the front-page rule. Don't post anything that you don't wanna see on TV News or the front page of a newspaper and that includes personal information like your phone number, where you live or where you go to school. Never tell people when your not home or when your going to a vacation. It may seem harmless but that's exactly the kind of information the thieves can use to break into your house or even steal your identity.

Now, let's look at your reputation. Your photos and comments say a lot about you so if you've made a fool of yourself ask "is this how I really want people to view me now?" but in the future just like a job interview at Proverbs 22:1 the Bible says a good reputation is worth than a silver and gold. Don't delete that key for you. Posting on any social network is kinda like writing in a permanent ink.

Okay, so your careful about what you share now think about who your sharing it with, who are your friends. Some people have hundred of online friends, some have thousands so you may think the more friends are better, right? Actually, no. That kind of thinking can blow up in your face.

You see? When you connect with online friends we're also indirectly with their friends and their friend's friends that means you may find yourself seeing posts from people you don't even know, people who's morals and beliefs may be different from yours. They may use bad language or post about things you know are wrong those aren't the kind of friends you wanna hang around with not even online and there's another danger in Psalm 26:4 the Bible warns about people who hide what they are, they pretend someone they are not, and may seem super friendly but they can be dangerous so when it comes to friends you need to be picky. The safest friends online are the ones you already know offline.

There's one more thing to think about! It has to do with your time, checking out the latest post can be addictive so let's set some limits and don''t let your online life get in a way in real life. You know, connecting with others online can be fun and safe as long as you look out for all the dangers. So the next time you log in be smart...social network smart.

SOOMPI ARTICLE

On November 10, Big Hit Entertainment released a formal statement about taking legal action regarding malicious rumors, false statements, and personal attacks against BTS.

The following is the agency’s official statement:
“Hello. This is Big Hit Entertainment.
“We are informing you that starting from November 10, 2016, our company will be taking strong legal action against malicious rumors, false statements, and personal attacks that are being spread online which defame BTS or Big Hit.
“BTS members have been experiencing difficulties with rumors and malicious comments for a long time, so we have decided to firmly handle this. Big Hit Entertainment and all of the members of BTS have worked very hard to embrace all criticism and evaluations with open minds in order to grow and improve as artists. However, we have decided that it has come to a point where we can no longer overlook the behavior of netizens who consistently and habitually distort the truth and make personal attacks regarding BTS’s creative work, music activities, personal lives, and more with malicious intent.

“Recent information network systems and whistle blower protection laws have expedited court rulings on charges of defamation resulting in the sentencing of imprisonment and severe penalties. In order to protect our artists’ rights and interests, our company and a law firm has started the process of suing and reporting acts of creating false statements, spreading malicious posts and comments, and submitting it to the press with the intention of slander. Furthermore, we will firmly respond and take available legal action against artist defamation and cases of additional damage without making settlements from now on.

“Thank you.”

Big Hit Entertainment has also asked for submissions of evidence regarding malicious rumors, false statements, and personal attacks.

..internet, in every time you use it,,
..in every single page you want to visit,,
..your privacy, you should always protect,,
..don't share your password, keep it to yourself..

..careful, you should always be,,
..in all things you post or share when you're angry,,
..everything may change in just an eye blink,,
..so take my advice, think before you click..

Before you post something
Be sure it is a right thing
Avoid words that are embarassing
And something that causes misunderstanding.

Protect your friends reputation
To avoid unwanted attention
Do not share personal information
Or you'll end up facing frustration

Always think before you click
For the cyberworld is full of trick
And even informations that can make you sick
Or worse, you might end up being a hick.

"Post"

They wrote a post online
Thought it was fine
They laughed and joked
Till a heart broke

"Think Before you click"

A message intended for a select few
Made its way to public view
Caused a ruckus on the net
Turned someone into a target
Now people leave bad review
Pushing people into a rue

If only it was thought through
Validated if it is true
However too late to regret
What's been done is set
So before you click
Make sure to check

Then, bash bash bash
Harsh words are received

Swirl, whirl, curl, users on wait,

Loading screen of discouragement.
Random crashes with restarts,
Freezes at times to frequents.

Files vanished into thin air,
Suspicious hard drive activity on tour.
Extensive pop-ups on loose
Lack of storage space on noose.

Information at risk,
Malware happily on brisk.
Hackers construct tricks,
Waits when someone sticks.

Being too rush on clicks,
Don't just press on links.
Opening sites unknown,
Emails traffics on their own.

Know when to stop,
Rationally do every tap.
When information on leak,
Security and safety goes weak.

Don't cry when every thing at lost,
When in the first place its the cost.
Be mindful of actions,
Protect your information.

DON’T BE AT RISK
THINK BEFORE YOU CLICK.
